Not of the Corsair intact. The only part of the Corsair we've seen was his left arm, which had been grafted on to Auntie in place of her own ("The Doctor's Wife").

In terms of spin-off works, illustrations depicting the Corsair are included with Neil Gaiman's article about the character he created in Doctor Who: The 2012 Brilliant Book. Gaiman has also stated opinions regarding the Sarah Jane Adventures character of The Shopkeeper with relation to the Corsair, but nothing involving anything that has been published or indicated on screen.
