I feel it's strongly implied that "Closing Time" is towards the end of his goodbye tour (of visiting all his friends), so assuming the Doctor isn't lying about his age (or making it up) in the Series 6 premiere, he's aged most of those 200 years already before that episode. Or at least part of them.

200 years pass between "The God Complex" and "Closing Time". "The Wedding of River Song" follows straight on from the latter.
