We don't know. Although "Victory of the Daleks" established that, at that time, she didn't, the series has never specified what memories remain following the events of "The Big Bang" and the rebooting of the universe. The closest we've seen is actually the spinoff Torchwood: Miracle Day in which it's strongly suggested the notion of aliens is foreign to a lot of people, something that Torchwood: Children of Earth indicated was no longer the case following "The Stolen Earth".
