No. As he explained to Wilf in "The End of Time", if he's killed too quickly, he won't be able to regenerate. As River explained to Amy & Rory in "The Impossible Astronaut", if the regeneration process is interrupted by further severe injury, he won't be able to regenerate. In addition, of course, if he has no regenerations left, he won't be able to regenerate (not successfully, anyway) unless he's granted a further cycle of regenerations. This was the situation in "The Time of the Doctor" but he was granted a further cycle of regenerations.
