David Tennant does not appear in "Amy's Choice", nor in fact any episode after "The End of Time" with the exception of "The Day of the Doctor" (50th anniversary special), and brief flashbacks in "The Eleventh Hour", "The Lodger", and "Death of the Doctor" (Sarah Jane Adventures story)).

The only filming David Tennant has done for Doctor Who after leaving the role was a guest appearance in "The Wedding of Sarah Jane Smith" (Sarah Jane Adventures story). He filmed that episode after he finished filming Doctor Who but it aired before "The End of Time". He then returned to reprise his role as the Tenth Doctor in "The Day of the Doctor" in 2013, following the tradition of past Doctors returning on anniversaries. No other filming has been done with him for Doctor Who since his departure.
