No, Amy has only one daughter. However, that daughter has regenerated twice that we know of and we've seen her in three incarnations: the "little girl" in "The Impossible Astronaut"/"Day of the Moon" (played by Sydney Wade), Mels in "Let's Kill Hitler" (played by Maya Glace-Green & Nina Toussaint-White) & River Song (played by Alex Kingston).

Having one time-travelling daughter with three different faces is confusing. It confused Amy so much that (as the Doctor pointed out) she actually named her daughter after her daughter.
