This is unknown. The Ninth Doctor in "Aliens of London" says that he is 900. The Tenth Doctor's age wasa little over 900. In "The Day of the Doctor" the War Doctor said that he was 800-and-something shortly before he regenerated.

The exact amount of time from the Doctor's perspective between the War Doctor regenerating in Day of the Doctor and the Ninth Doctor regenerating in "The Parting of the Ways" is unclear.

(There's also the fact that the Sixth Doctor said he was 900 in {{TV|Revelation of the Daleks)), and the newly-regenerated Seventh Doctor said he was 953 years old in "Time and the Rani".)
