Doctor-Who-1

Peter Cushing as Doctor Who

In the Doctor Who series proper, there has only been one, the 1996 TV movie, simply titled "Doctor Who", although Tom Baker wrote another, which never got made. However, many episodes were released in cinemas or were feature-length. There were also two movies based on a human scientist called Dr. Who, portrayed by Peter Cushing. They were 'Doctor Who and the Daleks' (1965) and 'Daleks' Invasion Earth 2150' (1966). They are separate from our Doctor Who, though.

Additionally, "Deep Breath" and "The Day of the Doctor" are considered by some to be 'movies', since they are feature length and debuted in the cinema. "The Five Doctors", the longest ever Who episode, could also be called a TV movie. There is also an upcoming movie called 'K9: Timequake' [1]
