There was nothing in the episode to indicate his age. We caught only a very brief glimpse of a pair of eyes, which is really too little to go on. We have not yet (end of Series 8) learned at what point in his timestream he participated in the removal of Gallifrey from this universe. Keep in mind that, per "The Day of the Doctor", the Doctor no longer knows how old he is, thus the number given of "over 2,000" in "Deep Breath" is only an approximation so it might not be possible to come up with an exact number anyway unless one is established in a future episode.
