There are no such episodes, because the Time Lords were not killed. The Doctor believed that he had killed them all using the Moment (a Time Lord weapon that's also known as "the Galaxy Eater") & this information was given in bits & pieces in a variety of episodes throughout series 1 to 7 of the revived series. However, in "The Day of the Doctor", the 50th Anniversary Special, we (& the Doctor himself) learned that all the first thirteen incarnations of the Doctor had contrived to save Gallifrey & the Time Lords -- but in such a way that he couldn't remember having done so.
