No. The "impossible girl" is Clara Oswald. The Doctor described her that way because she died twice -- in quite separate eras -- & then he met her again. It turned out that there were many "echoes" of her throughout the Doctor's timestream, because of the events of "The Name of the Doctor".

However, the person referred to by the title of "The Impossible Astronaut" is River Song.
