Amy Pond was pregnant during multiple episodes of Series 6, but she was unaware of this until "The Almost People".

She had told the Doctor in the first episode of the series that she was pregnant ("The Impossible Astronaut") but later claimed this was false in "Day of the Moon".

In the sixth episode of the series ("The Almost People") Amy found out that she was about to give birth, and in the following episode, ("A Good Man Goes to War") did.
