It may have been more than that. The (9th) Doctor gave his age as 900 in "Aliens of London" (1 story), after "Rose". The (11th) Doctor gave his age as 1103 in "The Impossible Astronaut" (6 story), just before apparently being shot, so it's 203 from "Aliens of London" to "The Wedding of River Song" (in which he was the same age as in "The Impossible Astronaut"). We don't know how long it was for the Doctor between "The Wedding of River Song" & "the Doctor, the Widow and the Wardrobe". It may have been only a short time but it could have been years. At the moment (pending any further information given in Series 7), all we can say for sure is that it was at least 203.
