None of them. Although the Ninth, Tenth and Eleventh Doctors believed that the incarnation between the Eighth and Ninth Doctors, who rejected the name Doctor (on screen he is referred to as the War Doctor), destroyed Gallifrey, "The Day of the Doctor" reveals that this incarnation, along with the Tenth and Eleventh Doctors, actually figured out a way to avoid killing the Time Lords while still ending the Time War and destroying (most of) the Daleks. Due to timey-wimey factors, however, the War Doctor was unable to remember the truth of the event, and as such the Ninth and Tenth Doctors believed he killed Gallifrey, as did the Eleventh Doctor until the events of "The Time of the Doctor".
