This question cannot be answered with accuracy as a complete timeline of each incarnation has never been offered in any media, and, per "The Day of the Doctor", the Doctor cannot remember his exact age, so calculations cannot be made. Most notably, "The Time of the Doctor" gives no indication of how many centuries elapsed between Clara meeting the "middle aged" Eleventh Doctor and the elderly one. The Seventh and Eighth could have lived for centuries longer for all we know, especially as both incarnations still have new stories being told, or Eleven could have lived thousands of years before expecting to expire of old age.
