Although the Doctor long believed that he had destroyed Gallifrey & the Time Lords to end the Last Great Time War, he (& we) learned in "The Day of the Doctor" that he had not done so. Instead, he had removed the planet into a "parallel pocket universe" to save it, while making it appear to have been destroyed. Because of the way he did this (crossing his own timeline), he could not remember having done it until he participated in those events as the Eleventh Doctor (the latest incarnation that took part in the main events).

It's clear that some Time Lords were killed before the Doctor ended the Last Great Time War but we don't have a list of those fatalities.
